The included villa team is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. With prior notice, late-night events or early breakfasts can be arranged and extra hours are charged according to the property policy. Additional staff are USD 50 per person, per night.
Food and beverage purchases made on behalf of guests are charged at cost plus a 20% surcharge and 7% VAT. The surcharge covers purchasing time, cooking utilities, and kitchen-related expenses.
A USD 3,000 damage security deposit is required at check-in. It may be paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival.
